    • Contact Form Submissions: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists.

    • Server Logs: Technical server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then permanently deleted.

    Right to Access

    Categories of Personal Information Collected in the Past 12 Months: Identifiers (name, email address, IP address), Internet or other electronic network activity information (browsing history, interaction data), and professional or employment-related information (company name, industry, role). We have not sold any personal information in the past 12 months.

    11. European Users (GDPR)

    If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent legislation provide you with enhanced data protection rights. In addition to the rights described in Section 9, European users have the following specific protections:

    14. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

    Our Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.

    15. Do Not Track Signals

    Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals. However, we honor cookie preference selections made through our cookie consent mechanism, and we do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
